Cancellation Policy

Discovery sessions are designed as an initial conversation to explore your business, vision, and potential collaboration opportunities with Studio Menuvre. Booking & Availability All sessions are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with the relevant meeting details. Rescheduling Should you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate other ongoing projects and enquiries. Session Timing To ensure a smooth experience for all scheduled meetings, sessions will begin and end at the allocated time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Project Alignment Discovery sessions are intended to determine the scope, direction, and overall alignment of a potential collaboration. As Studio Menuvre works on a limited number of projects at a time, availability and project acceptance are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Following the Session Following our conversation, you may receive a tailored Takeoff Brief outlining key discussion points, alongside a proposed scope, timeline, and recommended services aligned with your project needs.
